“I will show thee, hear me; and that which I have seen I will declare,
I will show thee, hear thou me; And that which I have seen I will declare
“I will tell you, listen to me; And what I have seen I will also declare;
I will show you, hear me; and that which I have seen I will relate,
I will shew thee, hear me; and that which I have seen I will declare;
Listen to me and I will inform you. I will describe what I have seen,
Listen to me; I will argue with you; what I’ve seen, I will declare to you;
“I will tell you — hear me out! I will recount what I have seen;
Just listen to what I know, and you will learn
I will shew thee, listen to me; and what I have seen I will declare;
I will shew thee, hear me: and I will tell thee what I have seen.
“Listen to me, and I will explain it to you. Let me tell you what I have seen.
So listen to me. I will explain something to you. I will tell you what I have seen.
Let me instruct you! Listen to me! This is what I have seen. Let me tell you about it.
“I will show you; hear me, and what I have seen I will declare
“I will show you; hear me, and what I have seen I will declare
“Listen to me, and I will tell you about it; I will ·tell [recount to] you what I have seen.
I will tell thee: hear me, and I will declare that which I have seen:
“I’ll tell you; listen to me! I’ll relate what I have seen.
Now listen, Job, to what I know.
Listen to me and I will inform you. I will describe what I have seen,
“Job, listen to me, and I will tell you about it. I will tell you what I have seen.
“I’ll tell you what, listen to me! Let me relate what I’ve seen,
¶ Listen to me and I will show thee and declare unto thee that which I have seen,
I will shew thee, hear me; and that which I have seen I will declare;
I will shew thee, hear me; and that which I have seen I will declare;
“I will tell you, listen to me; And what I have beheld I will also recount;
“I will show you, listen to me; and what I have seen, I will tell—
“Listen, and I will answer you from my own experience, confirmed by the experience of wise men who have been told this same thing from their fathers—our ancestors to whom alone the land was given—and they have passed this wisdom to us:
“I’ve a thing or two to tell you, so listen up! I’m letting you in on my views; It’s what wise men and women have always taught, holding nothing back from what they were taught By their parents, back in the days when they had this land all to themselves: Those who live by their own rules, not God’s, can expect nothing but trouble, and the longer they live, the worse it gets. Every little sound terrifies them. Just when they think they have it made, disaster strikes. They despair of things ever getting better— they’re on the list of people for whom things always turn out for the worst. They wander here and there, never knowing where the next meal is coming from— every day is doomsday! They live in constant terror, always with their backs up against the wall Because they insist on shaking their fists at God, defying God Almighty to his face, Always and ever at odds with God, always on the defensive.

“If you will listen, I will show you. I will answer you from my own experience.

I will show thee, shema to me; and that which I have seen I will declare;

Eliphaz: I will tell it like it is, so listen. I’ll recount what I have seen:
“I will show you, listen to me; that which I have seen I will declare
I shall show to thee, hear thou me; I shall tell to thee that, that I saw (I shall tell thee, what I saw).
